because people wont trade easily in UPI, with you having less karma points and less number of VALUABLE comments in DD and you even disclosed you are underaged so people will be very skeptical on transaction with you
just get that money from your friends (best is SPEAK TO YOUR PARENTS TRUTHFULLY THEY WONT KILL YOU LOL)
and take this as life lesson to not pay anything out of your minimum balance of any bank account
