Great products and pricing but poor website.

I buy frequently from FutureBazaar for home and kitchen appliances. Their pricing and deals simply rocks. They are one of the very few websites which do not deduct money until they ship the product. Thats great ethics and speaks about the quality of the group. Their customer service is decent too and they ship really fast. Or maybe since I am in Mumbai, it makes the difference. Their recent Diwali clearance sale made me their big fan. I got a trolley bag for around 400 bucks and you surely wont get such quality bags in market at such a cheap rate.

The biggest issue with them is their website interface. Their search barely works and site is extremely slow. If they fix their website, its certainly one of the best website to look for deals. Also they can float more coupons like letsbuy do for electronics.
