Today I paid 200+ amount on reliance store via gpay NFC but didn't get scratch card also the txn is not showing in gpay transaction list. What could be the reason? Please anyone?

Even the transaction was not showing in gpay history. Contacted via chat.. no help at all. Called, the executive said tap n pay txns generally don't show on gpay history! Strange! She asked me to share screenshot of txn via mail.. just on that time got a pop up of scratch card and got the 200rs instantly after that. Interestingly now the txn is showing! joy As i was on call, asked her that u were so sure about the txn not showing in history... She got out of words for 10 seconds 🤓 pray
