Modi’s foreign trips weren’t just aimed at investments but were also carefully planned to generate support for India’s future strategic policies (like Article 370, Surgical Strikes and the recent CAB). It might be your perspective that you don’t approve of any of these policies or actions but most of us Indians do. And that’s what a democracy offers – a right to choose the leader of your liking.
BTW, I’m amazed at those who 24*7 criticise the govt by terming them pro-capitalists and anti-poor, but have suddenly started supporting a RETAIL giant.
