Got Charged Cash Deposit Fee for SBI Unipay Bill Payment
I paid the bill online. Is it even legal to charge a cash deposit fee when the payment is made online?
Beware guys, who are using SBI Unipay to pay their CC bill.

Anyway contact kotak bank they will reverse the charges.
and why you use kotak bank DC ? for PVR movie ticket ?
These cash deposit fees can be for some transactions done in the past as well. (3-6 months old).
Are you sure you haven't paid by cash to date?

Same for me.. I paid Kotak cc bill using Airtel thanks app.. Made 3 transactions and charged thrice for cash deposit fees... Maybe some technical error at their end..
They have charged for me as well.Just checked with customer service and he said there is some technical issues, money has been charged to many person which will be reverted back within 2 working days.

I guess this is rewrd reddem charge.. i am also chatged 2 times.. but i have done 2 momth agao and few days ago.. serms they charged both same time

They have charged me 100+18 thrice for three Credit card payments of 100 each made from park+ app on the 21st.
Mera to mobi se payment ko bhi cash ghosit kar diya.. not unipay but any kind pay is cash for them.. they should compensate for mental harassment with refund
Quite absurd 😕. Although Kotak is a fraud bank and I really hate them. I also had a feud with them around 5 yrs. ago or so, then at last I had to complain in PG portal/CPGRAMS to get my issue resolved.
Pathetic Bank with pathetic customer service.
They say this, but it well over 48 hours

hahahaha reap what they sow:P hmm so guess i made the right choice of not applying ANY credit card with kotak for only one reason which is their loan agent behavior with agriculture people who just took loan for crops, those poor souls (on fire in news in past)

Lotak will be lotak. It's fraud by bnk. Try reversing it from Customer Support matrix. These Lotak Bank employees must be following DD threads & tweaking their system. It was fully online transaction not cash deposit .
