Got a BSNL sim to cut finances, but no network since 21 hours after purchase

I got a bew BSNL sim yesterday at about 4 pm. There's no network signal till now. There's another BSNL sim at home, which is getting network well. Without network I cannot do tele verification.
If anyone got BSNL sim recently, how long does it takes to get network signal for the first time ?

Wait for televerification msg on alternate no or just restart, sometimes new sims doesn't auto latch new network

Put sim in slot 1 and search network in manual mode. It happens to me when I bought new BSNL sim a month ago. And save bsnlnet as APN setting.
