Concierge is free service, If anyone has it should use.
I asked for concierge recommendation to find best restaurant in my city which serve tastiest biriyani.
They actually did research and found out some great restaurant which I didn't knew

I guess that wealthier people use such services and they won't be present on this site. We're mostly using credit cards only for earning cashbacks and discounts.
