Good Job done by TataCLiq people

Hi All,

once I ordered and cancelled Boat earphones then my money was not completely refunded by TATACLIQ .
After that I ordered vivo v21 mobile phone but didn’t get my phone and no proper track of order.
I thought of checking reviews of TATACLIQ in google and YouTube, you never imagine my condition was worse by seeing all negative reviews from all over India. that time I felt like I have wasted my 30K in fraud company and I was repeatedly scolding myself why I didn’t checked reviews prior to order anything.
I started shivering and situation to cry about then I started continuously calling to customer care service people and raised so many complaints regarding my product at late night. I must say these people are really very awesome they resolved all issues overnight and next day ,I got my phone delivered and most importantly in good condition.
Really A big Thanks to TATACLIQ people for providing good service.
I didn’t tried return of product and getting refund.
Getting refund is delay by TATACLIQ ,I think this is only negative con from these people.
