Good customer service

I’ve ordered rhytmix lipsticks pack but got different products was tensed because the product has no return policy .so I’ve called flipkart customer service executive and stated that I’ve received wrong product and it has no return policy.the executive told me not to worry. If it’s a wrong product they will replace or refund. After hearing this I was so relieved.
