The lens cap seemed to have been horribly pressed and had sunk tightly into the lens, seemed to have caused scratches. The rear cap, which covers the portion attaching to camera had come off and there was dust all over the place. The lens itself had a ring around the middle which had come off, pictures attached. Requested a replacement but could only get a return and refund.

Ordered March 24th, shipped 26th, Delivered 27th, Return request on 28th and picked up on 30th.
But along with the lens, had also ordered a tripod and a bag, from same seller, shipping these items took much much longer and received them only on 30th although ordered on 24th. Will update post if there is something amiss in those products

So +1 for this seller.PS- i also tried to buy same laptop on 26th but my transaction failed with error that “Your transaction was not approved by Bank” but my total amount was deducted.Still i have not received the refund of it.I have received SMS of payment confirmation from SBI,i shared those details with Paytm by Email and twitter.They responded that they have not received amount from their End.Then i visited Bank with transaction ID and they said that for online transactions bank cannot do anything,contact customer care.So i contacted SBI customer care and they asking for 45 days to resolve the issue.What should i do now?Any suggestions…..

I too received only UV filter. disappointed

The seller named Akaas on paytm is a bad seller.I ordered Brown Shirt and Black Jeans and the seller Akaas sent me Violet Shirt and Blue Jeans as per their wish.

Watch out for Seller Exponential Exports.
I ordered Spindry Easy Steel Mop and he send me a different and inferior Higher plastic mop.

Very good post but I just noticed it and so will be sending updates about Sellers from now onwards.

EDIT Just to verify the product I opened the Box and found that they have sent a different item than the picture on the Box.
Though the product is different from the one ordered (as per the picture on the website), yet it also contains a steel spinner.
So considering the amount actually paid, I decided not to raise a complaint and am elevating this Seller from BAD to
MIXED BAG as he has sent a close alternative.
