I have been using Goqii app since more than 2 months where I have experienced many things which can be shared in this Review to be Cautious while Ordering from Goqii App ! 1 - App is good 2 - You have an opportunity to Earn lots of Goqii Cash 3 - There will be Flash Sales every day at 11:00 AM , 5:00 PM , 7:00 PM , some times Special Sales also there to get an Item at an affordable Price you Like , So the discount will get applied using Goqii Cash available in your account ! 4 - So prices of applicable item will be discounted by using Goqii Cash from your account , also amount of Goqii applied as discount varies from each deal , some times higher discount , some times lower discount ! 5 - Products are genuine , you will receive product which you ordered ! 6 - Beware some sellers are fraudsters here ! 7 - Always check tracking of your order to know genuineness My Happenings : --------- 1 - I have Goqii App Issues while using - I have written to them so new app update released , now it's working 2 - I have order delivery issues - more than 12 days passed - I have written to them Order Delivered 3 - I have received Feedback call to talk about Experiences - Done - Shared all Experiences & suggestions as well 4 - I have ordered Face Wash named "Oxy Oil Control Face Wash" - Ordered 2 times - where fraud seller sent 1 item updating same Tracking number for 2 orders - when I open the Package I see 1 order received and another is not sent - I have written to them still no response - Beware many Fraud sellers on Goqii App Sales ! 5 - While I am using app tried activities & got points to redeem a gift - so selected Reward as " Backpack " and Paid Rs. 100 for Shipping as well But already 15 days passed still no updates about Tracking or Delivery Date ! 6 - So my Over all Personal Experience is Average with Goqii App & it's Services If you have Issues you can contact them Directly Here : Email : [email protected] Toll Free 1 800 313 0390 (Mon to Sat 10am to 6pm) ( Or ) Open Goqii App & Open a Ticket - you will get response in 3-5 days Always Buy Researching Products , Prices & Genuineness and Be Happy *******************************************************************************************
