Gold coin purchase experience with snapdeal so far

A word of caution: Gold coin purchase with snapdeal is a big NO !

The coin I have ordered on 31-OCT-2013 in snapdeal has not reached me still. But the status in snapdeal page shows as delivered.
The seller has called me this week and asked whether I got it delivered. I said No. Then he asked whether I received any CD.
When I asked the reason he said that they stuff the coin in between CDs and courier. Is this the way to ship a gold coin ?
In neither way I have received the product. The seller name is “Coin Bazar”.
They did not even send via any reputed courier. When I asked which courier he sent through he said Anjani courier.
How many of you believe in delivery of such courier companies ?

Another IMPORTANT caution:
I have dropped emails to snapdeal twice regarding this issue. For the first mail they said they forwarded to concerned department. Concerned department is still taking action for more than 2 weeks. For my second mail, no response at all.

This is my second worst experience with gold coin purchase with snapdeal. In my first case they took more than a month to refund my money after so many calls and emails.

I have been doing online shopping with so many vendors for the past 8 years. But never ever had a bad experience as much I had with snapdeal.
snapdeal customer care sucks.
