I received call from indusind bank they are offering me credit card legend visa signature agent said LTF and limit is 104500 he also send me link with OTP i found easy credit website.
Q1: is it legit?
Q2: should I accept the offer?

No agent was not asking he said click on the msg link and enter OTP which was also mentioned in recieved msg
otp asking is for applying application through web using your number. read otp message fully
