Will I get other benefits except for fuel like cashback on Amazon?

I am getting HDFC IndianOil CC for LTF. I do have high fuel expenses but I also want cashback on Amazon, Flipkart etc.

Not good, have issues with rps getting credited. Most of the fuel cards are same
