FULLPAY coupon is not working for onecard

I was trying to pay my onecard bill using the mobikwik app, the coupon "FULLPAY" is not working. Is that coupon not applicable for onecard? Else only am I facing this issue.

Onecard doesn't send proper bills in email. So mobikwik is not able to fetch it.
Besides that, it even doesn't support several other cards like idfc, yes etc.
