Frustrating experience with Jiomart

I used to purchase quite a lot groceries from Jiomart as they are the only available online grocery app service in my area and their prices are usually lower then normal retail stores. But recently whenever I order something, almost every time, half the items that I ordered don't get delivered and get marked as "Not available" in the app after I placed the order. Even though they were showing in stock when I placed the order.
It's super frustrating when half the items don't get delivered. They should keep the stock updated on their app so we know if the Items are in stock or not.

Any product channel of reliance know their customers, the poor sole less Indians, very well. They play accordingly
Otherwise at-least a Reliance Fresh stores would be there. (Whatever us the rebranding of Reliance Fresh.)
If it is happening too frequently, then it is likely that there is some mismanagement or issues at such stores.
Reliance seems to be treating even the physical walk-in stores format very casually.
On October 08, 2024.. was in the ≥ 40000 square feet store (Bigbazaar converted to Reliance Smart).
Found multiple Haldiram's items with expiry dates like October 16, 2024 or within 15-17 days.
Stocks as old as 6 months since packing date.. sitting there.. with barely a fortnight left for them to become un-saleable.
Store manager permanently busy on call or unavailable in the premises too.
Most infuriating part: the one kilogram Haldiram Nagpur Khatta-Meetha mixture packet had just 40₹ rupees off on the MRP, despite only 14-15 days left for expiry.
So yeah, maybe their inventory management system does not have enough checks and balances.
Or in case of the Jiomart specific stock, the local Reliance Fresh or the (≥ 40000 square feet) Reliance Smart staff does not distinguish.
Maybe initially they might be having 20 units of an item and 5 out of them kept in stock as Jiomart.
But if due to damage or getting sold, the 15 units in the physical store are gone, then it is possible that the staff says 'let us take these 5 units' and keeps them in the shelves in the physical store.
With fresh produce, perishables it has happened many times in the past
and although it is annoying.. it is still understandable.
If quality is going bad or if suddenly more orders for an item are received , then local store often claims unavailable (rather than sending poor quality item, which will anyway have to be refunded)
or
instead of fulfilling the complete orders for 10 customers
they give 40-50 grams less to all customers.. but send the orders of 15 customers.
Have not used Jiomart groceries in almost two years
but it was routine to receive little less ginger or coriander.
Had to directly speak with the incharge of the Jiomart side of the store and then came to know of these internal processes (tricks).
Maybe you too might want to have a chat with the local store incharge (if the person has inclination to talk, discuss properly. Reliance too has a habit of suddenly changing people from one city to another or one vertical to another. So it is possible that the incharge too is new there or equally exasperated with the ongoing things).
Jio mart more like clown mart, worst dilvery app ever my 3/25 orders got dilevery all other cancelled by dilvery guys
in my area their manager call and say order ko cod hi krna paid kr diya toh refund ke liye hame na bolna
One time I ordered instant coffee from there. I didn't face any issue thankfully.
You should take managers number and ask items availability before ordering.
this will take several time and if u want to order in routine this is not a solution , order occasionally from jiomart only if u are getting good discount

Search products in the most laggy app/website ever > During order placement this oil, that baby food is not available for discount > order with no proper date of delivery > After ordering wait few days for invoice generation > Downloading invoice is not supported on app, need to login on desktop > Figure out what products got cancelled from an invoice which is only readable to ants > Order the cancelled products on different platforms > At last the delivery day comes > Delivery agent inform you that all the invoiced products are unavailable at the moment > Your order gets self cancelled by the delivery agent/hub stating god knows what reason > JM blocks your account due to order cancellation.
