Freecharge has twice not sent me the coupons. They just say ‘Thank you for writing to Freecharge. Your mail is important to us. Now, just bugger off and contact the local courier office’ or something to that effect. They use a junk courier Firstflight who done have a webtracking. The local office phones of the courier are continuously busy. Email query sent from the website disappears into nothingness. If you sent email to the id given on the site, the standard answer is ‘ask the booking counter’, as if we all know where that is. One month after doing the phone recharging, this is what you get!
I have recharged four times, first time coupons came and with extras, second time, no coupons, then after complaining it came with extras. Third time, they told me to buzz off and check with the courier. After lots of circus, finally got proof from courier that they never got such a shipment, sent that to Freecharge and got the coupons with extras. Now fourth time they send me a mail saying this is your Tracking number without a tracking number. It is nearly two months and two reminders…. Now am going to mail the CEO! And it is time for the next recharge…. Siiighhhh….
i have received the coupon everytime i had rechareged
but my room mate hasnt got yet any
so my good luck:-}
