open Jiofinance app , Go to jio payments bank -> add money -> select Bhim UPI --> select rupay cc.
you can try other UPI apps aswell, some mentioned cred is also working...

I am Unable to transfer/remove the money from JIO PPBL. Money is stuck in Jio ppbl.
Please think twice before you load money. It will get stuck. Many people are facing this (You can check on Jio PPBL X(twitter) page).
Mine 80k stuck. Have raised the ticket with team. Still issue not resolved..

Be Careful!
Jio Payments Bank immediately put a debit freeze on bank account, I remember doing 80k from CC to Bank, took around 1 month to get back that money. Had to reach till nodal officer, gave a lot of RBI Ombudsman.
They ask to do a lot of sh**, first you have to prove that transaction was legit by sharing statements of credit card, attach your aadhar and PAN and so much of hectic to and fro reach.
They close the ticket without resolving the issue. So be careful playing this with Payments Bank.
After my last incident I only used this for Friday 20% offer, can't afford to freeze so much money!

I found that if you place an order on flipkart amazon etc and then cancel it the amt gets credited to the rupay cc and is then transferred to bank acct. happens with icici rupay card, dont know about others and happened for transactions of 380 and 269, dont know abt higher amts but worth a try since nothing to lose

Best option is -
Amazon pay wallet to bank for 2.36% charge through icici amazon credit card, u will get 2% as cashback, so only 0.36% charge... Lowest in all... No transaction failure chances...
2.36% + 18% GST it is 2.54% can you share rewards screenshot below the transaction we will find out if its 1% or 2% right away.
30k ka transaction tha, 2.36% ke hisab se 708 charge lga, aur as rewards 2% ke hisab 614 show kr rha h... Ab khush...
If someone telling u something with confidence, try to trust them...
