There are numbers of Resume Makers on Playstore & Appstore but all are trash as you install it & create a better resume but when you spend 1-2 hour in creating it & when you are final stage at saving it & downloading it then the app will ask you to pay the amount to download PDF file or to remove water mark etc. (Waste of time & Energy)

My suggestion is Simply Open the Google Doc in Laptop & Create your own resume in TIMES NEW ROMAN font with all the sections + (your photo) you want to Add & Download the PDF file. 

(Note: When you keep your resume simple then it gets easy for recruiter to read)
