Ya only if they go for the costlier Act FiberNet:) but mostly everyone i see around is on jio fiber or hathway

ACT is great on its support and quality not sure how many are using it these days (because of cheap rate promotion by jiofiber and hathway)

especially the spammers

i remember before jio era my local isp used to do things like this unofficially, like in a 1mbps plan all would get 100mbps in festive days or new year days, it used to last for 2-3 days until their network is choked 😂
