Fraudsters , they will never compensate even in case your food delivered is stale
I ordered a fish fry which turned up stale and smelled horrible, I immediatly contacted the customer service and posted pics of the food.
After some days they replied stating they are not responsible for the food quality delivered and they can't refund the money.
After repeated requests also they denied.
They totally wash off there hands of any reposnsbility of the food delivered.
Basically a business based on a fraudsters mindset.

This is crazy. How can they pull out of this situation? It's frustrating when businesses won't own up to their mistakes. If you can afford to pls put up the matter in the consumer court and tweet with pics/video tagging those rats..
Zomato is bad in these aspects yes.
I prefer not ordering from Zomato usually
