I have placed my first order from Purplle.com and it turned out to be a nightmare. I have received leaked and damaged products as I ordered Livon Serum and Maybelline superstay matt ink. On raising a return request on the same very day. They have said that I will receive my refund. The returned products were picked on 06/Feb’21 and till date the customer service executive is saying to wait for another 3 working days. Till then, I’ve been following up with them and they give false statements every time. They have not refunded my money. I am really disappointed and I would not recommend this site to anyone.
The delivery executive does not have manners to talk and started yelling at me for no reason
My experience is really bad with the CSR and delivery guy.
Would request every one not to buy anything from this site and strictly abolish.
I wish I could Rate a zero or negative.
