Fraud transaction by GOOGLE *PROXIMA BETA on SBI bank account by hacking SBI ATM & Mobile phone( I lost my 6k )

How to get money back my money
I have not got any otp and message
But money deducted and went to bank to report the same fraud but there are saying transaction done by using otp and we are not responsible for your money

Please help how to get back to bank account

To whom I need file complaints(report to sbi customer care) but they are also saying we can not give assurance for your money

file a complaint to nearest police station for cyber crime
have you contacted about this to merchant for which this transaction is done?

Even google pay used to send verification message from our mobile without our consent. So I uninstalled G-pay and happy with Phonepe. Hope you get your money back..

Possible that you may have taken some subscription via Google play and forgot about it…check your Google play profile for any transaction..if still not you the ….file dispute with bank that a fraud transaction has happened…they will block and your card and initiate investigation.its very likely your account has been carded or card details leaked…block your card instantaneously

Aur khelo pubg, proxima beta is the company behind pubg. You must have bought in game currency/weapon/anything accidentally.
People get mad over these, i remember those days people were mad about internet in its early stage and touch those pesky ads in between webpages and lose money.

Moreover immediately delete any stored card information from google play store if any.

This is scary! Even my problem with unauthorised transaction from amazon-sbi is still not solved. Trying to file a complajnt with police is like talking to the wall… absolutely worthless .

Try Twitter support of companies as that is much more responsive and resolving than a mail or call support. I have mostly got resolutions from Twitter Support of companies than mail. They might listen, and log SBI complaint on complaint form in internet banking.

You could have also subscribed to some subscription without your knowledge or some period free trial, check Google Play transactions.

Google Tez/Pay is a pure UPI app. Will not work without PIN and does not support international transaction.
Goolge Play Store however, is a different thing. Transactions seem to conform to Play Store transactions. First Re.1 is deducted to authenticate the card. This transaction is shown as “Google * Services”. This is also refunded back later on. Then subsequent transactions are made. Have you linked your card to Play Store for any purposes? Many of the Play Store services and some apps require a payment method to be linked to Play Store.

You also seems to have panicked and withdrawn maximum cash, instead of blocking the card. Now that your balance is below 5000, be prepared to be charged for non maintenance of minimum balance also

Mine also faced same situation..my money got deducted via POS debit transaction, luckily on that day my account balance below 1k….. immediately I have raised dispute to SBI customer support and they blocked my debit cards and amount reversal takes approx 30 plus days, but the debit narration same as GOOGLE OCTRA and some other names…I think it’s hacking

RuPay card supported everywhere except recurring supported websites.

same happened to me today, it is PUBG related. Recently I also purchased royale pass and monthly uc. so thats why it happens. SADLY it shows as scam on card:/

Thats why i always say, debit card and internet banking is more unsafe than credit card to uss online as most dont offer chargeback for debit card so easily. It give full accesss to your bank account to fraudster.
Now visit the branch and ask for chargeback form and procedure to do so via visa/mastercard format.

That’s why I always keep international transactions disabled in all my credit cards
I suggest everyone disable international transactions on your cards as soon as possible
