Fraud site -avoid please

I ordered for a product from the site around 45 days before and not yet received the product. My product even don’t show up in the order history, though the payment through ccavenue was successful. Theese bunch of crooks don’t answer phones or reply to e-mails. Even worst is sometimes you will receive return receipt error after sending mails to their helpdesk mailid. I have sent many mails and haven’t received a single reply. Not sure if there is any other way to contact them as they don’t pick up the phones also. I will strictly advise everyone to avoid making any purchase from them. Its a total fraud company !!
