3. Call icici & raise fraud alert
4. Raise charge back request and provide them with proofs over email.
Potentially you should get a resolution within 90days if all went well.
I'm not sure if you're one of those who do card share deals. You will be screwed if that would be the case.

Reason being international transactions do not require One Time Password. Thus, it makes it easy for fraudsters to complete the transaction.

My icici forex card was stolen in Europe. The card was used to do transactions. I raised a complaint with ICICI and filed an FIR. After lot of follow up got my money back through their forex card insurance. Took almost 5 months to get the money back
Raise complaints at multiple forums like email, twitter, etc.
