Fraud Merchant / Transaction - Timtara.com

I am from Gurgaon and purchase goods from timtara.com on 4 Sep 2012 but till today they haven’t shipped and nor replying email and picking phone.
Please help me in this matter as they are doing fraud. Here is the details of Transaction
