Fraud done by Flipkart

This is in regards with the Order ID – OD118922321862934000. I placed this order on 17th Jun’20 for two pairs of ADDA slippers and the seller was
THEMARKETEERS however, I have received just one pair of ADDA slippers, when asked with the delivery boy, he told me to contact Flipkart for the same.
I have raised the concern on the same time and to my surprise, I have
received the text message saying “Return Update: Sorry, the seller is
unable to fulfil your return request for Adda Slippers from your order ID
OD118922321862934000” This is really shocking and fraud with the customers who are purchasing the goods using Flipkart. You are charging for two pieces and delivering only one. Now when I am trying to contact Flipkart I am unable to get through on a call and getting an option to write an email. This is a clear fraud when I have highlighted
the issue in real time as soon as I opened the parcel. I am a regular loyal
customer with Flipkart for more than 7 years and never faced such issues in the past. If this is
going to happen, I will not be continuing with flipkart and will not
recommend Flipkart to anyone.
I am afraid as Flipkart does not verify the credibility of the seller while
on boarding on the portal, how can a seller send such text for rejecting
the refund when it is none of my fault and highlighted the same on real
time.
A person uses the online portal to save his time however, right now, I have
to waste my time in the follow up for the missing product and even the
seller or EKart or Flipkart is not taking the responsibility
Please help in getting the refund of the same

Ordered 200 masks got only 40 on June 6th. Since the item is non-returnable contacted Flipkart support.
Registered 4 complaints, first 3 complaints were marked as resolved the next day without contacting me and 4th complaint still unresolved.
Posted on both FB and Twitter.
Never buying non-returnable items from Flipkart again.
I ordered stablizer on 15 june still not shipped,
Raised concern through email twitter grievance officer even mailed to CEO , but nothing happened , no issue resolved still

seller cheated, they do sometimes if you order same product more than 2pcs
Happened to me on Amazon but Amz refunded in just 15 minutes (Product worth Rs600-Missing only cover and tag were there) I was surprised and happy to see them trusting me so much. Funny they asked me to return that tag and cover for which they raised return request but was not picked up finally.
FK cheats that way – FK supports fraud sellers – purchased Kangaroo stapler but seller sent local one-returned-sent again local one-returned-refunded-but no action he still sells and many users mentioned the same yet I purchased and he cheated me too
