I applied the promo code ‘MUSTBUY100’ at the time of purchasing on 03 Jan 2018 12:27:59 IST for 100%

But after that they not gives cashback worth Rs. 500 regarding that I concerned with paytm mall customer care (Reference No.: 47882417) and (Reference No.: 47914978) but they say it may be system error so, they are not able to give cashback and they are not able to return the product.
