Fraud by Paytm by bus ticket

I have book 3 tickets from delhi to Ahmedabad by paytm in Rs. 5700/-. But when i reach to bus travlar counter he was selling these 3 tickets in Rs.3300 Rs.. Paytm cheated me and take Rs. 2400/- extra from me and when I was try to complain they never register my complaint and deny to return any amount.
its a total fraud from Paytm. I have suggested to people never make any shopping from this fraud site.
