Forex markup fee and DCC on online purchase

If I make a purchase on nike.com which shows INR but I get a message for OTP in USD. Do I have pay both Forex markup fee and DCC or only one of them?

So even Nike is shipping from Singapore to India. It is registered in India so no DCC. I guess that is what it meant in the screenshot.

if otp amount is in USD then only Forex amount you need to pay, DCC applicable only to those merchants registered outside india but charging in INR.
