This is a digital wedding invitation with caricatures and some moving parts. A friend of mine wants something like this for his wedding!

I want to know if some like this can be made using Ai or something else? Or what technologies go into making this.
I do have some photoshop skills I learned a decade ago. Some video editing skills. So if you could point me towards the process of making something like this, that would be most helpful.

For free, it will open up with a URL. You can even add location tags which will open in Google Maps for guests. Even they can comment on the invite. Paid one has a few more features.

There's nothing technical im this, was expecting something else from the title, well anyways as others have stated can be done using canva or any other tool photo animator or video editing tool.

Well the "tech" part was me asking suggestion on softwares or mobile apps.
I could see how rudimentary this might look for someone well versed in the field.
To be honest, I had the necessary knowledge(unaware) myself, just didn't put it together.
I do have a lot tech questions but again they might look simple as well
