Most of the brands ingredients content of sugar is from 80. -90% which is not healthy . Same time we are giving 4 times the price of sugar of that product when product is 90% sugar ...
Nothing against any brand

Check hamdard dabur any brand you will get same....
Hamdard roofhaza has 87% sugar
Mostly all brands.
Avoid drinking such things.
even if roohafza has 100% of sugar, u will only put 10% in curd. so net is only 10% sugar. however, if u intend to directly drink from bottle, that's a different case
Even if any alcohol has 100 % bad ingredients u will put 10 % of alcohol to water or coco cola .so net is 10% alcohol However if u intended to directly drink from bottle that's a different case..
In this India if u can twist the facts and figures u can sell anything... Janta bholi h idhar ki
This product is sugar only.
Only thing they can do is put more natural extract.
Rooz afza is overpriced & there is no flavour of rose in it.
Don't know about others but i knew about this sugar thing even before social media influencers started to point it out, and i eat this things cz i like the taste not because its healthy, even maggi sauce has 30% sugar
I thought it was an obvious thing for people to know. But when I first discussed this with seniors in family 5 years back it was actually a new thing for them. They were actually thinking some kind of rose paste is used in rooh afza.
Conclusion - Consumer awareness in India is pathetic. Things are rapidly improving though.
Bro, sharbat is actually a product made of 70-80% sugar only..my mother makes it at home..it's just flavours and very little herbs added.
This drink is made for taste and for relatives(mehmaan) in summers, it's not a Health drink and they don't market it as health drinks too..so all is well
For price part, I agree , this 1l sharbat costs 3 times less if made at home..these companies inflate the price unnecessarily
The only sane logical statement I found in this thread.
I remember drinking fruit juice like Slice and my head reeling from the high sugar content. Processed juice everywhere on packed packages is junk food. Even freshly squeezed juice is super high in sugar content. Just eat simple fruit and lots of drink water to keep healthy.
I am also a reseller of this SIP brand sharbat syrups and the main content is sugar
The only way to avoid sugar is to drink fresh fruit home made juices
Homemade fruit juice is also sugar bhai. Fructose.
Why disclaimer, nothing against brand? Brand should be responsible for making fool out of customers hard earned money.
I don't know when was the last time i touch the sugary stuffs. I've completely cutted down sugar intake from my daily life. Fruits fructose is my essential part and whenever i eat prashad ( laddoo which my neighbors give me after Puja ), taste like weird. I mean, artificial sugar taste badly, I can tell the difference clearly. The consistency, amount and flavor of fruits are completely way way much different than artificial sugar.
Minimize your sugar intake and switch to alternative like if you feel thirsty in summers then drink sugarcane juice or orange juice ( not packed ones ). It'll be somewhat costly but trust me, your body insulin will thanks you later after year. I don't even touch coffee or tea now! They are like slow poison. The concentration of sugar level in fruit is limited to a certain amount ( nature selection ) but mango like fruits sometimes makes the concentration higher. So yeah, there is a risk but consuming definite amount won't bother you.
Posion bhi sell kiya ja sakta hai gir to.. just its common sense to not drink.all.. bas chat ke mar jao. xd
Kulla karne kaa baas. 🐒
Nimbu pani piyoo with soda ahahaha
