Food not delivered payment got debited

Hi ,
Yesterday night I gave a order through your mobile app(the detail of the order are below).

Chimney special mutton
3x butter nun
Kaju kismis pulao.
The bill amount was 537/-( payment made through SBI netbanking)

In your apps its showing that the food was delivered.
But I have not received anything.
And at that hour of night, I cant manage any food.
Please take care of the issue, And refund me the amount, that got debited from my account(Dipankar Ghosh REMOVED ), else I need take this forward, to consumers forum.
