Flipkart Unsubscribe button in Gmail
I clicked this 'Unsubscribe' button in gmail. After that I'm not receiving any OTP or order confirmation. I asked about this in twitter private chat @ flipkartsupport and @Flipkart, but they are asking me to login and use this URL https://flipkart.com/helpcentre. Without OTP, How do I login?.

In Spam, I don't find any email from flipkart
Then ask flipkart to change email
That option is always there right?
But if number too is gone, then ad others said, either have the relevant back end team or escalation team change the e-mail address.
Or if by chance you have a way to navigate up to https://www.flipkart.com/communication-preferences/email?index=0 then have a look at the settings.
Even jiomart people have the option to reset or deactivate and reactivate the account, so if something like that is done for you, then default settings would come.
For the future, if using services like Gmail,
better to create a layered 'filter' to bypass such mails outside inbox by adding some label oe by sending it to the bin.
Many services/senders use THE SAME 'from' address for multiple purposes.
If the mail service provider (in this case Gmail) starts some of its own unsubscribe process for a given sender, then maybe it blocks out mails from inbox.
Mobile no. registered with another account. So no OTP on SMS.
This unsubsribe has nothing to do with flipkart. They are sending you the mails but gmail is nlocking them off. If you had unsubscribed from the link on the bottom on the mail, then flipkart could help you resubscribe. Try finding the mails in your spam or trash or just searching for the mails directly. Try looking in the blocked or spammed settings in your gmail. Currently there is no official solution that i cound find to undo this but you can try searching for some alternatives
I searched everywhere in my email including Spam, Trash, All email, Other labels. Still I could not find any new email from flipkart
