Flipkart tv exchange not showing from a week

There is no option on flipkart to exchange old tv... I tried more than 20 pincodes same... Tried different accounts same....
On offer banner it is hsowing extra exchange discount but no option to exchange.... Are other facing the issue..??

I am also trying for same.... But not showing... Not showing on any model... Be it sony, lg or hisense, toshiba or any brand

@batmanBABA Yes, same issue for me. Not sure what's the reason - I have tried pincodes of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Del/NCR. Same issue for me everywhere for TV exchange.

Exchange is only available for Redmi & Realme tv sets. Probably Flipkart has been paid off by them to give them a headstart lol

I can see the exchange offer for Redmi fire tv. Probably the exchange offer is not available for all tvs. What model are you trying to buy?
