Flipkart - The Name Says it All

There was a time when Flipkart was synonymous to online shopping (and to some extent it still is). Nearly 3-4 years ago, when I first heard about flipkart (flipkart and infibeam were trending at that time) I didn’t believe in online shopping.
As I stayed in a hostel, in every day or two, one of my friend or my neighbor would receive their parcel from flipkart. The prices of the products were lower than that of the market. And so gradually my trust kept growing for online shopping (or should I say flipkart?).
And so began my quest for online shopping.
I have ordered most of the items from flipkart compared to other sites. And Flipkart has never disappointed me (except for one or two box sets which I found out to be torn on sides).
My return experience with flipkart is almost nil. Only one time I had to return an item (JBL j55I). The cusions of the headphone was torn. So, I asked for a return. I thought they would first take the item to their ware house and after checking they would send me a replacement. But, to my surprise, the boy who came to take the headphone for return was holding a new headphone with him. This I must say was one of the sweetest moments of my online shopping experience.
Mostly, I have bought books from flipkart at prices that no other site could match. But, recently Amazon (with its low pricings) and Paytm (with its amazing cashback schemes) is giving flipkart a tough competition.
Their customer service is good, but I think they lack the chat service (which helped me a lot on amazon and ebay).
Overall, my experience with Flipkart remains phenomenal till date.
