Flipkart shipped items also getting cancelled automatically

Flipkart orders was cancelling automatically.
I have tried mobiles to order which are in offer, those mobiles getting cancelled.
I avoided to purchase Flipkart..
Purchase in amazon, MI, realme, honor, TataCLiQ are best..
They never get cancelled. But this Flipkart after shipping the item, it was getting canceled.
