Flipkart sale laptop scam.

this is their fake mechanism to lure the customer that the product is at their nearest location/warehouse and finally, they will cancel the product if you don't cancel it.. this happened for my friend who ordered iPhone 14 on 7th Oct 2023 and till 31st Oct they were saying it has reached his nearest location, he even found the warehouse location which was mere 2-3kms from his home😃 and worst was they took another 2 weeks for refund and he got his refund on Nov14 so for almost 40days 56k was yielding interest in their account for them 😡

Complain to national consumer forum. 

Same thing they did with me in February and they refused to deliver. 

I complaint to national consumer forum and they delivered the laptop in 2 days. 

That time they also told me take 500 but price difference was 8000+ so I refused and got the laptop.

Register your greivance 

Cancel the order. You would get laptop with original parts replaced. 

500 de rahe le lo. Meko ek rs nahi diya tha

You can fight for the difference amount. They will increase the compensation. 

But stick with the same statement- I want the product not refund.

Thanks, I’ve filed the complaint with NCF. Hopefully, this will lead to some progress. Flipkart is still sticking to the ₹500 offer, which is really disappointing. It's not a resolution but rather their stance of 'take it or leave it.'

Happened to me twice in the last two years. Couldn't do anything

If there is no urgency, you can keep Rs. 500 and wait for BBD. During BBD, prices are expected to drop even further.

Atleast you have been offered rs 500, I got nothing.
