Mass Order cancellation suspected. Just like phone back cover deal got cancelled and refunded.

This is very common on flipkart grocery, during sbi dc/cc offer last month, the delivery date was 1 week later. But when the offer was  gone one day delivery again started.

But this much amount of loot may result in mass cancellation.

my order cancelled after almost delaying 5 days, delivery person was acting like SBI employee pro plus, daily telling i will deliver tomorrow but ultimately order automatically got cancelled and amount refunded
