Recently seen news of a person whom Flipkart Provided ₹20k.
The thing is that the person ordered a pair of shoes at a discounted price of ₹995 whose original MRP is ₹4999.
And his order got cancelled.
For this Reason he moves to Consumer Court and raised his quotation that Flipkart displays false promotion which leads to him Mental Torture as well as Flipkart is spamming & not fulfilling the quotation.
At last the person got a check of INR.20000 after fighting for 1 year.
What's your opinion in this situation, does everyone should file a complaint in the consumer Court ?
As every month we order a Products and next month when we try to order a product it gets cancelled.
Has anyone filed a complaint against Flipkart, it's seen that many persons account got blocked with monetary value ? What's your next Plan ?

Yahi to nhi pata logo ko, consumer court me koi advocate karne ki need nhi h, u can fight ur case without any lawyer.
Online case file kar sakte to baar bar jaane ka b need nhi h
1 year me 5-6 dates mili hogi or utne me 20000 mil gye. That's loot for him
Mene bhi Amazon pe case Kiya hua h and 1.25 Lakh ka dava thoka h.... jaldi hi uska faisla bhi aayega mere favour me
Appario ko court ne Exparte kar diya h, abhi sirf Amazon ko bhi guilty proof karna h. I gave my evidences, waiting for Amazon reply.
Aishe cases aur jyada hone chaiye, tbhi sayad yeh big companies customers ki respect krna start krengey.
They didn't even honour the 100% cashback offer even though I got the notification of cashback😢
Considering how many instances of flipkart cancelling orders have been reported by dimers, its nice to see consumer court making it pay
great. we can just quote this Judgement and seek for compensation?
if yes then it is a good news for all the dimers, as flipkart is wellknown for cancellation of loot products.
Based on this I don't think, these sales will be good!

If dimers start filing cases then these Ecom sites will refrain to cancel the orders just like in US.
Amazon doesn't have balls to cancel orders of US customers whether it is loot or price error they have to fulfill the order
