Flipkart Order neither delivered nor cancelled

I had ordered a grocery order (amount- Rs 1201) on Flipkart on 15th August, and it is neither delivered nor cancelled by the seller end. Now I have no option to cancel it through my end. I have complained on this issue several times and they told me to wait for a call from their team and then it gets marked as resolved without any contact. (This incident has happened with other flipkart account but after the complain order was cancelled and refunded by seller end.) How to escalate this issue further to higher authority? Does anyone know their customer support email-id to get faster resolution? 

Update - They have manually refunded the  amount (Rs 1301) in Flipkart Gift Card wallet after contacting me on call because there was no option to refund back to source. Rs 100 extra credited as compensation
