Flipkart order delivered but it shows cancelled in app

Hi the delivery guy has delivered the order to me. But the product has leak in it. So I raised complaint in app. But cancelled the order and issued refund.
I raised complaint again n they told me to wait till July 3. What can be possible outcomes? Will it affect delivery guy? Or Flipkart will reverse the refund ( i ordered through cc).
Update : Flipkart says it's technical glitch from their end n advised me to throw the product.
