Flipkart order delayed - offering 500 gift card

Will they credit, has anyone got similar offer

They do deliver the gift card, but after multiple follow-ups

Don't believe them, same thing happened to me for washing machine they didn't deliver the product which is showing at delivery center and they have updated customer not received the product and canceled the order,on follow up with customer care they told the same said to you and after placing second order they didn't committed and said you have placed order for other model blah blah

To claim the gift card you have to do multiple follow ups which is not worth

Flipkart lost the trust and for good deals and big orders I rely on amazon, for my experience amazon is committed to good service

They called me like 5 times for this fake 500 gv trap because one of order got delayed for One Day Delivery.

I kept saying I will order it today don't worry 😁. Deep down I knew their real face and so much trouble for that 500.

I ordered a trimmer, and it was cancelled mid in the shipment due to some unforeseen circumstances. I got a call form Flipkart after 1 month saying, "If you order again the price difference will be compensated".

I believe they should have called after cancellation itself.
