Apart from delivery time, Amazon wins everything in my 6+ years of experience of both.
Even my last order was probably in 2023. Not giving those a penny in the name of bs charges for far worse service than Amazon

Time of honesty is gone for Amazon and Flipkart delivery agents.
For mobiles and small costly items, dont buy without open box delivery. Or at least, tell delivery person that you will only accept package, if he stays there till you open package. Else, particularly amazon agents don't even let you touch packet without OTP and as soon as you give OTP, they get away at highest possible speed. If any fraud happen, you won't be able to get refund at present date policy of Amazon and flipkart, even with unboxing videos.

Amazon delivery person is not supposed to hand over the package without receiving otp & if he does & anything goes wrong then it is all his responsibility. Once otp is given to amazon delivery system then even if you unbox the package in front of him while recording & found swapped item your situation is no different from someone who gave otp then received the package & then went back to their room & then unboxed it after few hours while recording to found swapper item.

Flipkart for everything high value and groceries (both get high discounts and OBD, items are returned on spot).
I've been using Flipkart for 10yrs now.
Back in 2014, I even had Flipkart First 1 year subscription for ₹500 only to buy Redmi 1s.
At this point everything visible in my house is bought from flipkart, televisions, tables, xbox, shoes, watches, washing machine, mixer, water purifier, sofa, bed and mattresses, speakers, 5 laptops, about 15 smartphones, and one bike at great discounts.
In all these years, i was absolutely enraged in 2 or 3 instances involving delivery/return issues, so much to never use the platform again. But the issues were eventually resolved with a lot of effort.
I use Amazon only for very low value items and prime benefits, only if they aren't available on flipkart. Got the prime shopping edition today. But I doubt if it's worth it.

Yes, never faced it.
And not a fan of OBD, because it's an excuse for them to deny easy returns. Every move they make is more of we win, customer loses, so stopped using FK altogether.
