…i exchanged samsung on nxt of my family member….the mobile was scratchless….though it was thrown many times by kids but since i was using military grade back case so it was perfect….The flipkart guy came around 1 pm….I was wondering what stink more his breath or his sweat…he took almost 15 minute to check the mobile….and when he didn’t find any issue….then he said imei number is not matched….I was like WTF…coz in my order section there is no mention of imei number and if is going to reject the mobile then I won’t get my mobile at this price…I became slightly harsh with him…scold him and he like a docile animal took the mobile and went off… so i got my mobile exchanged…

I too once placed an exchange on flipkart. Just that my mobile had a lot of issues. But no question of wishmaster being pathetic. Exchange got rejected. Next day placed exchange on Amazon and it was butter smooth experience exchanging mobile on amazon.

My washing machine was rejected because there was a small line of rust on it.
The douchemaster was acting like he was the ceo of flipkart. Very pathetic experience

After some days they might even tell “Your 3 old phone that you wanted to exchange because it became old and not much use to you because you feel that it hangs a lot….. We at Flipkart tested your 3 year old mid range phone with PubG in Ultra HDR settings we can see some frame drops , hence we are rejecting your Exchange request”

“We tested and found out that your 3 year old phone that you wanted to exchange with Flipkart , does not support 6G, hence we are rejecting your Exchange request”

I think wishmasters are given instruction to reject 99% of mobiles and are given added incentive along with each mobile rejected..

Flipkart walo ne 12 din quote kiya for Delivery in a metro lgta hai Wishmaster (Wish-Breaker Master) ko 10 din training dega how to reject my old TV.

I am lucky then, My TV was not in working condition. It was just starting for 20-25 seconds and then automatically get switched off. I took risk and mentioned as working. When before wishmaster came, i disconnected Set top box and when he came i acted as it is normally working and asked him that you want to check? Then i have to connect Set top box and that i don’t know how to connect it. If he has some knowledge then he can do. He said no-no sir, i don’t know it and acted and said if found non working then he will inform me. Nothing happened and my non working tv is exchanged.

I gave 100rs to flipkart delivery guy and he accepted my non working washing machine

I do the same on flights , works everytime

They rejected mine too. only one small scratch is there near power button on back panel. All working fine. Display like new. that idiot (Wishmaster) dont know the difference between back button and recent task button. I explained you have to long press then only it will show recent apps. That guy was saying that button is also not working. For these silly reasons my honor bee was rejected for exchange.

I have to exchange my phone tomorrow. are they rejecting it completely or reducing the exchange value for minor scratch etc? Is it worth to pay full amount if exchange rejected and do they take card on delivery for this? Am exchanging my Redmi 4 with Redmi note 7pro

i have a different question related to FK mobile exchange,

i order a phone from FK using the exchange offer, and i have paid the rest of the amount.
Now, due to some issues with phone, i don’t want to use it for exchange but i do want to get the phone i ordered and i’m ready to pay the difference.

So, will i be able to get the phone i had ordered? by paying the difference value i.e. the exchange amount to the delivery boy?

Today i exchange redmi 4 with redmi note 7s without any problem!

I too exchanged successfully and got Rs50 extra in FK Wallet. First exchange on FK and went super smooth.

Not like new, it had minor 2-3 scratches.He checked few things for a minute, removed screen guard and that’s all.

they are running fraud for exchange

Faced the experience today. According to Flipkart wish-master, the old phone is bent and having dents..

According to rest of the world, the phone is fine. Told him to get lost, will buy on Amazon.

Flipkart making fool all over the customers.its my third time today my phone has rejected with no valid reason… Executive . Sucks. They use wishmaster and valued my phone almost 50% of exchange value. Idiots
