Flipkart not delivering my product (laptop)

Order has been shipped near to my place .. from last 3 days ... But not delivered...
Customer support is bullshit we deliver you today within 24 hrs blah blah ... All fake promises...

This is due to ekart issue and flipkart customer care can do nothing about this.
Try to reschedule delivery date once using change date option..
For safer side, if you have got good discount, collect is from Ekart office.
If Office Is Near , Go And Take It
Most likely, it's damaged or tampered with. Internally, the logistics partner would have issued a memo to ship another product. It might be in transit, if the seller would have reprocessed the order after their formalities of investigation, insurance claim, etc (takes ~1 week). But cancellation isn't unlikely either if the discount was huge. Either way, no point in loosing sleep over it, they will take their own sweet time.
It happened to me twice, product is out for delivery for 3 days but no delivery. Visited the ekart hub once for 1st product, spoke to the manager, he explained that the product was damaged, new product is in transit and will be delivered in a week. Flipkart kept on giving the same generic response.
Next time, I just called the ekart guy, he said the product was tampered with, so, either I can cancel it and order a new one or wait till their procedure is over (tampering cases apparently takes longer than 1 week).

Sometimes some orders takes time. I got a product which is almost always available at 40K for around 14700K. Was slow and stuck at final hub for 3 days. I was literally panicking and on fourth day it was out for delivery and delivered. So many sleepless nights. Product was brand new, sealed and no option to buy again as it is out of stock. On amazon it was available at same 35K+
Also, in case of exchange, they take time. If you can visit local ekart office, you will find out the exact issue or get it in your hand.
based on last year's BBD experience with my friend for Iphone, either they are out of stock or have some internal issue (FK and seller) to sell the product at the mentioned price and would ask you to cancel and reorder again which would be obviously at a higher price tag, worst experience with them during sale, if you don't get the product within a day to max 3 days then you can assume it was flop shop with them
