Flipkart Microwave fraud

I ordered IFB 23 liter microwave from Flipkart on 26 sep it out for delivery yesterday delivery boy bring parcel it was small box for the microwave so I asked delivery boy to open first because it is with dehlivery not with Ekart so no open box delivery support yet he say you can open.
When I opened I found microwave assesories which come with microwave it also mentioned there but only they come and on my Flipkart only single tracking I'd is showing so I denied parcel.It out for delivery again today but nobody came.
I received e-mail from Flipkart saying your order has been cancelled and refunded my money.I reach them they say Order cancelled by seller because courier was not able to deliver so you can order again but I ordered it at price 6800 but it is available at 8450 now what should I do?
