flipkart has degraded to the worst

I had my 1st online purchase from them in 2013. At that time they were really great but as time passed, i guess they became a bit arrogant.
But this year, they proved themselves the worst!
Purchased a branded usb cable, they sent me a total fake. Didn’t replace it nor refund it.
Same happened with a portable hard disk!
