Flipkart - General Review

This is just a general review of Flipkart based on my experience. I have ordered atleast 5 times from this India’s Amazon.com… Experience with it has been very satisfactory till now and no major complaints as such. The best points are listed below:

1) Very quick shipping and delivery- possible because they have their own Logistics- a major advantage.
2) Very flexible returns policy for everything and quick refunds.
3) Very large number of items which are available especially in electronics. Main thing in Electronics is if Item gets sold out, it is back in stock after some time. On other sites, once an item is gone, it stays gone….

The bad points are listed below:
1) Prices are almost never competitive compared to other sites. In fact some items have been priced more than MRP!!!
2) Other sites allow use of coupons extensively so we can save even more in these hyper inflationary times.. Flipkart never does.
