I have a electric bill of 1.1k and if I pay via flipkart, 50 rupees will be off using supercoin but is there any add on payment to get extra disc? In flipkart, sbi cb cc doesn't work.

No, right now Flipkart only supports Flipkart UPI to avail supercoin discount on bill payments.

No, Flipkart has stopped supercoin burn on bill payment/recharge by CC/DC/UPI/other means. Only discount you will get is to use Flipkart UPI.
